Global Services Director
John Howell is the Global Director of Customer Service for GatesAir, responsible for all customer service and support activities for the business, leading the GatesAir Service team to provide superior customer service to enhance the overall Customer experience. Customer Service is an integral part of the GatesAir business strategy and customer proposition. Incorporating the customer’s feedback into the everyday operations of the GatesAir service team is paramount to the team goal of continuous improvement. John will utilize his years of broadcast and field experience to improve and strengthen the team’s focus and commitment to the GatesAir customer. He is based at the company’s manufacturing facility in Quincy, Illinois.
John has been with the organization for almost 20 years and has about 26 years of professional experience. John has served in a number of pivotal roles within GatesAir, Harris Corporation and Harris Broadcast to include manufacturing, engineering, test engineering and joining the Service Management Team in 2008. John also has 8 years of experience working in the U.S. Navy prior to coming to Harris Corporation.
