Michael Miller
Vice President, Global Operations
Michael Miller is the Vice President of Global Operations for GatesAir. In this role, he provides executive leadership for global manufacturing and operations across the company’s production facilities in Quincy, Illinois, and Brescia, Italy. Miller is responsible for the build and delivery of RF transmission systems for radio and television broadcasting worldwide, overseeing an enterprise operations strategy that encompasses production planning, supply chain, logistics, and facilities management. He is currently leading global operational transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization and planning standardization, to drive improvements in on-time delivery and operational resilience.
Miller's career with the organization spans over 14 years. He first joined the company in 2011 and held several progressively senior leadership roles over an eleven-year period, including Sourcing Analyst, Production Planning/Supply Chain Manager, and Supply & Demand Optimization Senior Manager. After a successful tenure as a Senior Materials and S&OP Manager at Amazon Web Services, he returned to GatesAir in 2023 as Director of Operations.
Deeply involved in the Quincy community, Miller also serves on the Board of Directors for the Great River Economic Development Foundation and CONNECT Child and Family Solutions, and is a member of the Board of Advisors for The Salvation Army.
Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA from Missouri State University, as well as an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
